I'm trying to monitor vCPU performance in Hyper-V using data collectors and while I can view the real time monitors (Hyper-V Hypervisor Virtual Processor\% Guest Run Time), whenever I try to add the monitor to a data collector for a specific instance, I get no data recorded. I've also tried adding All Instances of the % Guest Run Time monitor, and the only data collected is for the _Total. I've tried this on multiple different environments of Hyper-V and have been unsuccessful; is there a bug or trick to get this to work?
