Is there any way to affect TCP Send Window for the Windows 2003 R2 x64 "Client for NFS"?

Tried changing the TCP Send Window Size to 32k, 64k in our network adaptors, as well as under the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\AFD but neither has had any effect on our nfs client performance (although upping the TCP Send Window size to 64k improved our GigE utilization from 30% to 90%)
