I'm currently looking for a shared webhost that has PHP 5.3 as well as MySQL to host a small site. The cost projection is < $80/year including domain names.

Hostgator looks like it could work. I knew someone that used it and it wasn't the best, but for a small site I don't think it would be an issue. http://www.hostgator.com/shared.shtml As an alternate I looked at what site5 was offering. This might be a possibly, though I've not personally used site5. I found some reviews that were not too pleasant but its hard to judge based on that IMO. http://www.site5.com/hosting/web/ Both of these hosts add php 5.3 support through a modification to .htaccess that is easy to make. | |||
