We have a Terminal Server that is on Windows Server 2008 64-bit with MS Office 2003 and if more than one user is opening the same word document the document will flicker and it will take 25 percent of the servers CPU usage. Has anyone seen this issue?

I have not seen that issue, but why do you have users opening the same Word document? Are you saying that if they open different Word docs, this does not happen? Where is the shared Word doc - local, fileserver, or SharePoint? – mfinni Jun 21 '11 at 14:55
