I presume that what you're really asking is whether you can migrate a particular VPS from one host to another seamlessly? If so, then I'd say the odds of that working are remote at best: the various hosting operations have incentives to keep you as a customer and are highly unlikely to allow a VPS they create to be migrated elsewhere intact. | |||
