I work for an advertising agency that has a large creative team of print, direct marketing and interactive designers.
We are currently looking at purchasing a new internet/intranet based content approval system.
Like a lot of specialised industry software, the main suppliers we've seen appear to delivery very average crappy software that is ENORMOUSLY EXPENSIVE and include MASSIVE ongoing maintenance fees.
I remember from a previous consultancy role that someone appeared to be using Microsoft CRM with a bunch of addons to deliver this to their internal systems, however i cannot for the life of me remember the product name.
- The system needs to provide content approvals for Digital images, Flash SWFs and Videos
- Looking to also do project timelines if possible (there are products out there such as JAS that do both
- If the system also does Content Asset Management/requests this would be an awesome plus
