Can someone recommend a resource where I can download scripts to use to manage my new mac babies, (400 units, and about 10 xserves).

I would like to do things like rename desktops, create accounts, configure open directory possibly, and others.

ARD just gives you a bash prompt on each box, not applescript or anything like that, so any standard unix type scripts will work – DJ Pon3 Jul 17 '11 at 9:34
But if you need to run an AppleScript, you can start it with the help of the osascript command. – SvenW Jul 17 '11 at 12:11
I think a terminal script will be more effective for me, as I am more familiar with bash, having a linux background, than apple script. But I will learn apple script, eventually! – Mister IT Guru Jul 27 '11 at 9:41
