What group policy settings/firewall exceptions/etc do I need to set in order for Windows' Offer Remote Assistance to connect reliably to users who are connected to the network via VPN and are behind NAT routers?
With my current settings, OfferRA seems to work only for PCs that are connected to my local subnet. I can't connect at all to my remote users who are on VPN (which is kind of the only reason I need RA).
