I think I know the answer to this, but I would like someone to verify. I'm been trying to control when the SharePoint Catalog Tape Task runs on my DPM 2010 server using this article: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff634233.aspx
Although I receive no errors when I issue the command, I'm not seeing the schedule of the job change in the DPM console. I can find no explanation for this, but I did find an error that exists while perusing the DPM 2010 Error Code catalog (although it's not throwing it in my case as far as I can tell). 31042 Cannot specify offset schedules for protection groups configured only for tape-based protection.
Can anyone shed any light on this?
