We are trying integrate CTI into our product. Currently our client is using Simens HiPath. Our development expertise is using MS languages such as C#, .Net etc.
We need to fetch data from SQL server DB based on phone number and show on customer care exec's machine. Please note that the integrator should be generic that means compatible with all type of machines.
Anybody if worked on this, please let me know.
