I am currently upgrading an SSIS package from 2005 to 2008. The upgrade wizard goes through the process until the very end at which point I get the message:

Error 0xc001f429: Package Upgrade: The loading of the package has failed.

There are no other errors. The only other feedback are the usual warnings that the upgrade wizard found scripts that need to be migrated, but I get those warnings on almost all the packages I upgrade.

The package would take a long time to recreate by hand, so I'm really hoping there is a solution to this.

Thanks,

PM
