This guide will assist you with setting name servers to your .nl domain, specifically see section "Are there nameserver requirements for my .nl domain names?" http://x.co/Yltp ^Colby Go Daddy Social Media Team

If you added the nameservers to the domain name using the godaddy domain management control panel, then you need to go to bluehost and create the domain name on the webhost aswell. If you have shared hosting then this should usually allow you to start setting up your website but inform the bluehost staff anyways about the nameservers on your domain name and they will make sure that their dns points that domain to your webhosting account. Also, remember it may take upto 48 hours for the new nameservers to propagate so do don't be too worried about why it is not happening.
