It means that DKIM was neither verified nor repudiated for the given message. | |||

I'm assuming you're DKIM signing your outgoing messages, in which case it means that you're successfully putting a DKIM message in your outgoing header, but either the DKIM information for the selector in your DNS record is missing or does not match the signature. | |||
