So I've run into a curious case where on my exchange 2003 box, only the ExWeb virtual directory exists. The other (ExAdmin, Public, OMA etc) are showing up under IIS 6 manager. I followed the procedure to reset them, something like 1. Delete all present virtual directories. 2. Delete the DS2MB key in IIS Metabase manager 3. Restart System Attendant service, which recreates all the virtual directories.

However each time I try it, it recreates only the ExWeb virtual directory. The others are not generated. Now besides the fact that my web access doesn't work, my main reason for wanting this back is mainly that I'm in the process of migrating all the data off this server onto our new exchange 2010 server, and without the ExAdmin virtual directory, I'm unable to transfer the public folder replicas.

Any other ideas how to recreate the OWA virtual directories?
