i have a shared hosting with a dedicated ip account for the first time, i logged on my cpanel and saw in awstats that insted of user ip connection i only see my hosting account ip. From 30.000unique connection about 28000 was the same ip.
I have a script in my cms that auto bans users that fails to login with correct username and password and this results in a ban for all users... and my website wont be accessible for noone.
Is this a misconfiguration or it's normal, i never had dedicated ip until now.
