I installed and configured dancer-ircd and dancer-services and everything works fine except for identifying as an operator. When I try to do so, it says:

Error(491): You don't have an O-line for the host you're on.

My O-line is as follows (minus the hash, obviously):

O:*@*:<HASH>:__admin__:segjO

Where __admin__ is the nick I log on with, and some instructions said to put segjO at the end. I wildcarded the user and host at the beginning because nothing seemed to be working.

What's wrong?

also it cannot find the MOTD, even though I set the path for it in settings.conf – tekknolagi Aug 13 '11 at 6:42
