I run public-facing instances of Atlassian's Fisheye and Crucible. We also run Jira and I've been able to add the Google Analytics script quite easily to my Jira instance. I'd like to track usage of the Fisheye/Crucible server also, but can't really work out where to put Google's tracking script.
Anyone done this? Ideas?
