I am trying out Rackspace Cloud Files for a high volume site for image handling. Yesterday, I experienced that I was suddenly unable to purge my CDN container as normally through their Ruby library, until I got technical support to do it. Unfortunately the tech support couldn't find what was causing it. This makes me extremely nervous. We are building a multi-country site that will handle hundreds of thousands of users daily. The image CDN simply cannot fail.
Does anyone have bad or good experience with using RS Cloud files in production sites?
