I'd like to add some IP addresses to the IP Allow List in Exchange 2010 using Exchange Management Console (Organization Configuration; Hub transport; Anti-spam).
The feature appears to be Enabled, but Exchange Management Console will only allow me to disable the feature, not to change it -- eg the Action Pane doesn't show a Properties option (as mentioned in various articles explaining how to use it); double-clicking doesn't do anything; Right-click doesn't show Properties.
All other features (except the IP Block List) seem to be accessible.
