I have a query in system center configuration manager to list all the machines in my network which SCCM client is installed. I use SMS_R_System.Client = 1 as the criteria.

I recently noticed that my newly deployed Win7 64x machines are not catched by the query! I checked and found out that SMS_R_System.Client is zero while All the new machines have SCCM client install and functioning!

The new machines are deployed using an image, I wonder if this has anything to do with the issue. The image doesn't have SCCM client installed, the SCCM client gets pushed authomatically to all Workstations in the subnet.

I really appreciate any idea...

What qualifications are you using to determine that the SCCM Client is installed, functioning and reporting to the SMS Site in question? – Kevin Colby Nov 9 '11 at 22:17
