We have begun rolling out Outlook 2010 to our users. Some of users require that a receipt slip printer be defined as their default printer for another program they use. When they go to print in Outlook 2010 though it pulls the print margins for the receipt printer. When they select another printer (a standard printer) Outlook carries over the margins from the slip printer to the standard printer. They have to manually go into the print settings each time to change the margins so it will print the entire width of the page. Is there a way I can define the default margins in Outlook 2010 for all users on our organization?

I've thought about possibly writing a script to set another printer as their default printer when Outlook is opened but they run Outlook and the slip printing program at the same time so that would not work. I'm open to any ideas.

Thanks.
