Could you explain the different values of this REG_MULTI_SZ registry key ?

"DCOM Protocols"
I don't use DCOM over Internet.
I want to harden my workstation, and someone suggests to remove from the key only the value "ncacn_ip_tcp", someone suggests to empty / remove the whole key.
Looking on MSDN I cannot found a explanation of the ncacn_ip_tcp and other possible values.
