I have a WRVS4400N and I can't wake up my computer. I'm pretty sure all the settings are correct (bios and windows) but I can't make him wake up.

Is there any option that I have to change in the router firmware?

Thanks in advance,

The WRVS4400N has no WOL functionality based on its manual. There is no Magic Packet Client nor corresponding fowarder identified. It more than likely has nothing to do in impacting the WOL Magic Packet within its LAN.

What you might want to check is your NIC, system BIOS and possibly OS settings concerning WOL.

Assuming this is a Windows PC, got to Device Manager, find your network card, go to Properties and see if there is a tab for Power Management. More times then not there are WOL options here. Check all the tabs for any options concerning Magic Packet or WOL.
