A user in our Exchange 2010 had received an email yesterday from a student and she had responded to it via iPhone. Today when she came in she went to print and it turns out that the email is missing. I checked her "Sent" items and it had the mail she sent back, but where it was supposed to have the Original Message details it had only blanks. I'm wondering if there's a way I could check on the Exchange server for a copy of the student's email in her inbox? Or maybe I should just try to contact the student and have them re-send the email if it's still in her sent folder?
