I've been struggling with a Sharepoint Foundation 2010 issue for a while now and thought I'd put it out there to see if anyone has any experience with it.
We have a client trying to upload multiple documents to the document library. They can hit the Upload Multiple Files button (which is apparently a big problem for a lot of users, but not relevant here).
However, when the multiple upload silverlight control opens, it presents a largely blank screen. All we get is the Overwrite existing files checkbox and OK & Cancel buttons. We don't get an option to either browse for files/folders or a drag and drop area. Has anyone else seen this before? If so, were you able to fix it and how?
To give you some background, the Sharepoint database is running on Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 and is being accessed from another 2008 R2 x64 system configured as a terminal server. MS Office 2010 32-bit is installed on the TS.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is currently kicking my ass :(
