I own a domain and would like to add SPF record into my DNS. I am not very techy.

Are there any services that I can use that will help me generate my SPF record?

Network solutions is a network registrar. It's not their job to help you doing yours, and I doubt you pay them for it. – SvenW Sep 14 '11 at 4:03
Also, how should we know what you would consider a good SPF entry? You don't tell anything about how you want the system to behave. – SvenW Sep 14 '11 at 4:04

The comments are right, this has absolutally nothing to do with networksolutions and they shouldn't be helping you with that problem.

In the past I have used the Microsoft SPF Wizard, and it seems to have worked pretty well.
