I have a quite bizzare problem, some users have problems seeing photos that i host on s3. this is not browser related - when they try different browsers they still have the same problem.

for example, they cannot see this image :

http://ba-img1.s3.amazonaws.com/s1/396_1307101828.jpg

any ideas how to troubleshoot this issue ?

fyi they don't have problems with any other sites. and very very few users have this problem - 4 users out of 10,000

thanks in advance.

Verify there's not a typo in the URL they're using? Error message? Are they behind a proxy? Are they running any sort of accelerator for web browsing, or their provider is doing something funky? Is it happening from a particular computer, or can other computers find your site from their connection point? There's a lot of things that could be happening, but you haven't really narrowed down if it's their computer, their connection to the Internet, or something with your hosting. Is it always happening just to particular people or is it something that works sometimes and then works other times for them? From the little details you've offered it sounds like they are using some kind of proxy setting on their computer that would block that or not work properly. Are they able to browse other sites without any issue?
