I have an hMailServer installation and have Horde installed there for webmail access. To try AfterLogic WebMail I installed it and I created an account in my hMailServer and tried to log in to AfterLogic WebMail. It responded me "Wrong email/password" - I was sure that I entered correct login credentials. Well, now I tried to login to the same account using horde and horde allowed me to log in. Perfect! now I tried to login to the same account using AfterLogic WebMail - I was able to login.

After creating an account at hMailServer I am unable to make my first login with AfterLogic WebMail but if my first login was successful with any other WebMail then from the second login onward AfterLogic WebMail is working.

I believe that I might have missed some configuration. Any idea what it might be?

what protocol are you using with Horde and AfterLogic Webmail to access your mail server? Could you edit your question to contain configuration files or screenshots please? – syneticon-dj Sep 22 '11 at 15:17

This is not a help forum. There is no configuration shown. No logs. No version numbers and no used editions. Nor the used protocol. It is only a bulk of text without useful information. These kind of questions belong to a forum. And believe me, there is one for AfterLogic. – mailq Sep 22 '11 at 17:33

I am sorry. The problem was fixed after proper turning of Mailenable installed with plesk and rebooting helped me.
