I'm having hard time to configure postfix/dovecot + mysql with virtual domains. Still doesn't work for me 100%.

Which is the easiest to install/configure mail solution for centos 6/64bit ?

I just need virtual domains and aliases, maybe some spam flitering.

The setup you describe is fairly simple to get going as far as virtual domain mailhosting systems go. Perhaps you ought to just start another question, asking specific questions about what you're having issues with and we can help you work through those. Make sure to include detailed information on errors, configuration, etc. – ErikA Sep 28 '11 at 14:11

I'd recommend using Zimbra Open Source Edition as a quicker solution that can provide all of what you're asking. The benefit is that there's a well-developed GUI for managing aliases and domains as well.
