Blocking outbound connections by default and disabling all outbound rules does not prevent all traffic from being sent on the network interfaces.
Some broadcast traffic is of course necessary for normal network operation, such as ARP and DHCP. But I am seeing other broadcast and multicast traffic being sent on the interface. Sample Wireshark output:
What setting can I change to prevent this from happening?
