I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate (32 bit) for my main OS. I'd like to host Windows Server 2008 (32 bit) in a virtual environment. This is for development use (minimal load on server) so I'm not too conerned about performance. Where can I find instructions for configuring this?

I use the free Vmware Player on my laptop running Windows Server 2008 R2 without issue.
