I'm trying to update every employee's contacts from GAL, since my blackberry server can't read both from private mailbox and GAL (as far as I know). I know that everyone can import contacts on their own, but I was asked to make it automatic. I'm considering few scenarios like:
a) some kind of update event listner that will iterate thru employees list and update their contacts after change, but this requires superuser account, and it's not an good option according to security policy
b) same thing but script will run once a day
b) outllok add-on that will update users contacts on start
d) other options like build-in tools (exchange, outlook, bes) ?
I don't want third company's solutions. Thans for all sugestions.
