I need to use Outlook 2003 to auto-respond a email with a specific template. Actually, this is easy and I am able to do that with a ''rule'' in Outlook.

However, the account which I'm using also has access to another mailbox and it is for that other mail box that I need a auto-responder...

I did try to create the rule, but it does not process it....

Any idea ?

You have to set the OOO Message or Rule in the other Mailbox. Setting a rules in one mailbox for another mailbox doesn't work. – Chris S♦ Oct 21 '11 at 15:58
