What would be the main cause of an application not being able to connect to it's own SQL DB on a Windows 2008 standard server? It is localy installed just so you know.

Can you provide details about the issue you are having? Logs, error messages, what method the application is trying to use to connect.. –  Shane Madden Oct 27 '11 at 17:13
Software is called Vision by VingCard. I can not provide other info at this time. As soon as I can I will post it. –  Mike C. Oct 27 '11 at 17:24
