In my opinion, a vast topic like this cannot be covered in a single book.

Why don't you read papers and actual case studies on the topics you mentioned? I'm sure there is plenty of such material out there. A simple web search for the aforementioned topics will give you much more in-depth and up-to-date information, than you will find in a single book.

You can browse the official google blog, for instance. They have plenty of stuff related to data center infrastructure and management.

If you need pictures, you can always use Google Images search.
