Is it possible to setup load balancing between these servers, So that the same domain can be hosted in two different servers.

You can use an advanced DNS service such as UltraDNS to globally load balance between multiple data centers.

We use them to route internet traffic to the geographically nearest data center, and to reroute traffic if a particular data center is experiencing problems.

You can just have two A records in DNS for your service pointing at different servers (or three, four, etc). That will give you simple load balancing for free!
