error on device is this attachment type cannot be opened on your device. Does not effect other attachments like docx or xlsx, only pdf. We're running BES 5.03 MR3, exchange 2007 and 2010, windows server 2008. Apparently this issue has a quick fix but my predecessor was not a fan of writing things down.
