We are running Exchange 2010 with a number of Outlook 2003 clients. One person has a strange problem that I haven't been able to resolve - if she is sent an email with the body in plain text, the body will not display. HTML formatted emails display perfectly. I checked the font setup under Options / Mail Format / Fonts and she is using a standard font (Arial).
Any suggestions?
