I am looking for a Tool that allows people to VPN in and us a WoL tool to automatically start there machine.

Is there anything out there or any suggested ways of doing this.

I have a few ideas of my own like a web page they can just us to click there computer name it automatically wakes it up.

GLPI is an inventory system with a web interface which supports wake-on-lan. I am sure, a Google search would come up with more.
