It used to work fine until my ISP increased the bandwidth from 10/10 to 15/15, I am only getting 5/10. Isolating the connection directly to a laptop gave the correct speed.

ISP says it is a firewall related issue.

What could be the issue? I haven't changed any settings in my Firewall... Should I factory reset the firewall?

Server: Windows 2008 FW: Cisco ASA 5055

What kind of troubleshooting have you done so far? – Andy Smith Dec 1 '11 at 18:45
Changed the outside interface to half-duplex from auto. Nothing changed. – servercooler Dec 1 '11 at 18:48

Try setting all interfaces to 100/full... half-duplex will only make it worse! – Andy Smith Dec 1 '11 at 18:51
Odd to use half duplex. Is that what ISP suggested? Is speed auto or have you set that as well? – Dave M Dec 1 '11 at 18:51
Speed is auto. The ISP suggested to play with outside interface. Yes, the speed is auto... – servercooler Dec 1 '11 at 19:26
