The error [notice] Parent: child process exited with status 3221225477 -- Restarting. Only happens when accessed from other hosts on the intranet.
and only on https
works fine on the server it is installed in ex: https://localhost/ or by dns
outside that one box. http works fine, but https crashes.
any ideas?
access log says 200 for the requested page, but the browser says cannot be displayed.
