However, outputs of ifInOctets and ifOutOctets don't include VLAN2(*.27).

Similar problem ifInOctets but no ifOutOctets discussed, but ends up with response:

However it doesn't bother our networks people since in==out and they just look at the one that is available, so we've not bothered to talk with Cisco about anything. (Link)

Anyone meet similar bugs and solved before?

From what I have been able to gather you want to get stats from a VLAN that your snmp client is not on? the only way I know how to do that is to have an interface on your monitoring system sat on that vlan, you may want to rephrase the question to make it more clear. – Oneiroi Dec 19 '11 at 12:34
snmp server is configured on <cisco_switch_ip>, does a snmpwalk need a VLAN configuration? The weird part is: public IP address is configured on VLAN2 not VLAN1, suppose traffic should be captured on VLAN2, and both VLAN2/VLAN1 should be shown on IF-MIB. But now VLAN1 have traffic and VLAN2 even didn't shown on IF-MIB. Maybe the switch is too old... – Andrew Dec 20 '11 at 3:08
