I have a setup of an Exchange 2003 behind a firewall (not accessible from the outside without VPN). One of my users would like to sync his Windows Phone 7 with his Outlook 2010. While he is able to sync his calendar and mails to a live.com-account, neither are his contacts nor are the calendars between his Outlook and Windows Phone synced - he may at best show both separately.

Is there any connector or solution for a two-way-synchronisation of Mails, Contacts and Calendar between Outlook 2010 and his Windows Phone 7 with the Exchange-Server not being available from the internet?

Can you connect to OWA? – t1nt1n Dec 19 '11 at 14:17
as stated, it's behind a firewall and only accessible through a cisco VPN or from the internal network. It's not accessible through the internet. – Lars Dec 21 '11 at 9:13
