I want to know if it's possible to host TFS on remote server using the enterprise AD ?

With RODC ?

VPN is needed ?

I don't know the terms you are using like OVH, RODC or VNP.

I do know that you can expose TFS to the internet. When a user from a different domain connects to TFS, it gets prompted for its credentials (which can be stored in the Windows Credentials Manager if you like).
