I been trying to block users from connecting to a USB storage device. I have followed the instructions that appear in MS support website: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/823732/en-us

The problem is that when I plug a new device - the device software installation is starting and then after a while (5 min) the device is ready to use.

what can I do in order to solve this issue? Do I have to turn off the device sw installtion option?
