Wondering how to configure WFF to copy NTFS permissions from the primary server to all of the secondary servers. I also have multiple "applications" or websites on the farm with different application pools for each application. Not sure if I should create a user with appropriate permissions to run under each app pool identity which WFF will then automatically copy across the farm or use the application provisions settings and use the setAcls options?!?
