I want to copy file C:\X\Y.txt to directory C:\Z\, but I also want the destination file to have a created/modified/access date EARLIER by N number of hours. Is there a windows copy utility that can do that in one step? Something like:
tscopy C:\X\Y.txt C:\Z\ /earlier:1h
I have written a file toucher in C# that can set the dates back AFTER a copy, but I want this to all be done in one operation to save time. I'm talking 49,000+ files here, so I'd prefer to copy and change ts in one hit rather than two iterations over that 49K.
