I saw a lot of reports on this issue around April 10th-20th, 2011. Then they were caused by an update. Now just the same? Another pack of updates from M$?

Not manually. But I do use Windows Updates service. Possibly, .Net frameworks have been via it. – noober Jan 17 at 7:15
