I am new in the field of Networking. I am Industrial Electronic Engineer, have just passed graduation (in 2011, result awaited) I am appointed in a company named Rastek Technologies as a trainee. Now coming to the point as I am new to Networking but I got a job of operating Panasonic PBX KX-TDA30NE module, and develop a small network that consist of 2 to 4 SLT/PT telephones. What my task is that I have to use PBX and allow communication b/w 3-4 people via SLTs and they have also access to outside calls by using PSTN services. But problem is that I have no prior experience of doing such task even I never made small computer based network. So please guide me from where I can get help for doing this in shortest span of time. No additional cards are provided I have to use 4 hybrid port for communication. (i.e. for connecting PSTN Line and to other SLT or PT)

Further More I want to ask if it is possible that I can use hybrid 4 ports for making ISDN network.

I have KX-TDA3280/3283 card, can I use it with ISDN line and make ISDN network?

I know my questions are stupid, but I am looking for solving problem without getting myself into much detail.

When I installed unified PBX Maintenance Console V5.0.1.5 and connect USB cable to it, then I selected Connect option and enter password 1234 (programmer level initially selected: installer) and then after a while it shows following message: An unsupported Operation was attempted and run light on PBX blinked for 4-6 seconds and then stabilized

I also re-operated the PBX by first resetting it (as written in user manual documentation) but still same message prompted, so I would like to ask where am i going wrong? whether the problem is in PC (my pc configuration: Pentium 4 CPU, 512 MB Ram, OPTELPLEX GX270 Motherboard) or in PBX.

Kindly guide me as soon as possible. awaiting for your guidance.
