Sometimes we can't receive emails via our email client (Outlook / Microsoft Live) and then when we log onto our Hmailserver, suddenly our emails work again (just by logging onto hmailserver)... Why is this? Has anyone else experienced this before?

Try updating to the most current version of hmailer if that is a feasible option in your environment. Do you have your hmailer service running as system or set with your user account that you are using to log in? I have not had any issues with my hmail server as you are experiencing. What does your event log state? | |||
